Our fair and transparent refund terms for hosting plans, software projects, domains and all other services.
Plain English summary: Hosting plans have a 30-day money-back window. Domain registrations are non-refundable. Software projects follow a milestone structure — work completed is not refunded. When in doubt, contact us and we will work with you fairly.
This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by House 35 Global Infotech LLP (Registration No. ACl-1059) to clients in India, Dubai (UAE), Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and all other countries.
We believe in fair and transparent terms. Different types of services have different refund conditions, which are explained clearly below. If you have a question before purchasing, we encourage you to contact us first.

If you are not satisfied with your hosting plan for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase date. This applies to both monthly and annual plans purchased for the first time.

Renewals are not eligible for refund. We send renewal reminders in advance. If you do not wish to renew, please cancel before your renewal date.
If your hosting service experiences downtime beyond our 99.9% uptime SLA, you may be eligible for a service credit. Credits are applied to your next invoice, not refunded as cash. Please contact support@house35globalinfotech.com within 7 days of the incident.
Domain registrations are strictly non-refundable. This is standard industry practice because once a domain is registered in your name, the registry fee is immediately charged and cannot be recovered.

We strongly recommend verifying your domain choice carefully before purchasing. If you are unsure, contact us for guidance first.
If you have paid an advance and wish to cancel before any work has commenced, you are entitled to a full refund of the advance, minus any bank transfer or payment processing fees incurred.
Once work has commenced on a project:
Once a project has been delivered and signed off (or deemed accepted after 14 days without objection), payments are non-refundable.
If you believe a deliverable does not meet the agreed specification, please raise this in writing within 14 days of delivery. We will review and either correct the issue or discuss an appropriate resolution. We do not refund on subjective grounds (e.g. change of preference) once agreed work has been completed to spec.
Bulk email plans may be refunded within 14 days of purchase, provided that fewer than 10% of the purchased email credits have been used.
Once more than 10% of credits have been consumed, or after 14 days, the plan is non-refundable. Unused credits do not roll over between billing periods.
For retainer-based consulting or BPO services:
If we cancel or reschedule a training program, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to the next available date.
